Luz Ubilla is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the University of Valparaiso. She obtained a diplomacy in Electromobility, from the University of Santiago de Chile and CPAS Environmental Economics Course from The University of British Columbia.
Ubilla is a Professional from the Efficient Transport Unit of the Sustainable Energy Division of the Ministry of Energy with experience in energy efficiency in the transport and electromobility sector. She supported the development of the National Electromobility Strategy and coordinated initiatives to promote electric mobility at national level. She is currently in charge of monitoring the new National Electromobility Strategy.
