After the Scania trainee program Fredrik started as process engineer. After that he continued in several leader positions within production. Fredrik was part of a cross functional team visiting Toyota during one year to in depth learn about the Toyota Production System and started, after that, up the Scania Production System office. Fredrik has lead the Cab factory in Oskarshamn and the Chassi factory in Zwolle, Netherlands.
In 2021, Fredrik Allard was appointed Senior Vice President and Head of e-Mobility.
