Dr. Brian Gu joined XPENG Motors, a leading Chinese electric vehicle and technology company, as Vice Chairman and President in 2019, holding a variety of leadership roles instrumental in XPENG’s strategy, finance, legal affairs, investments, and globalization efforts.
Dr. Brian Gu is a veteran M&A banker with 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining XPENG, he served J.P. Morgan as Managing Director, Chairman of Asia Pacific Investment Banking and a member of its Global Strategic Advisory Council.
